Privacy

The short version: anything you send through this website goes to my inbox and nowhere else. It is not stored in a database, not shared, and never added to a mailing list.

What this site collects

Two forms, on the contact page and the booking page. They ask for your name, an email address or phone number, and whatever you choose to tell me. Everything beyond a way to reach you is optional.

Where it goes

Straight to laurenharnett@clearviewcoaching.ca as an email. There is no database behind this website, so there is no record of your message anywhere except my inbox — which is deliberate. Delivering it uses Cloudflare, who host this site and pass the message on without storing it. If you would rather not put something in writing at all, call 403-708-1456.

Analytics

I use analytics to see which pages people read. Exactly which tool is still being decided as this site is rebuilt, and this page will name it before launch.

Booking and session records

Once you become a client, appointments and clinical records live in the practice-management system I use for that purpose, under the confidentiality rules of my profession. That is separate from this website, and I'll tell you which system it is before you become a client.

Your choices

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, at any time — email or call and I will do it.
